Mr. Nizker, with both a PhD and a Masters degree in Computer Science is an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). His past success and experience spans both large corporations and entrepreneurial start up companies where he has been responsible for leading strategic planning and change, technology governance, development of mission critical systems and IT support of worldwide operations. His achievements include creating a competitive advantage through technology and implementing an agile approach to software development with impressive results.
In addition to Mr. Nizker's operational success he is also a member of the CIO Executive Council, a regular contributor to CIO Magazine and has had over thirty articles published in North America and Russia.
