Rick and the Lasso client services team are responsible for project implementations, training & e-learning, customer support and understanding the evolving business and technology needs of our clients. For more than 20 years Rick has held senior management positions and business operations roles in large and small entrepreneurial organizations. His know-how spans the gamut of technology and the customer service experience, with focuses in sales and account management, training, customer support, systems integration and consulting.
Rick leads an active lifestyle and is blessed with two wonderful children & grandchildren.
