Marketing & Sales
This course will introduce new users to the Lasso Sales and Communication Center. Participants will have an understanding of the Sales Center Home Page, be able to create new registrant profiles, manage daily registrant communication via email, log registrant activities such as phone calls and visits, create custom lists and groups, and access various standard reports.
Email Marketing
This course introduces Lasso email marketing functionality and permission based marketing. Participants will learn email marketing best practices, how to send mass mail from custom lists and groups, interpret mass mail reporting, create email templates, opt-in and opt-out templates, and using the SSRU feature (great functionality for RSVPS, surveys and for registrants update their own profiles securely).
Purchaser & Inventory Management
The objective of this course is to introduce Lasso users to the Lasso Project Administration Center. Upon completion of this course, all participants will be able to assign inventory to purchasers.
Lasso Administration
The objective of this course is to familiarize participants with Lasso set-up procedures and to introduce new Lasso users to the Lasso Administration Center.
