Dave Clements of Lasso Data Systems to Host BIS 2006 Panel in California ...

Technology is playing a critical role in selling homes faster and streamlining the marketing and sales process. Leading companies, including developers, builders and
industry professionals more than ever, are utilizing technology to create buyer interest, build deeper relationships with potential homebuyers and sell real estate product faster.

Focusing on the importance of this significant issue is Lasso Data Systems, a leading developer of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for the real estate industry. Dave Clements, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lasso Data Systems Inc., will moderate and address a panel titled “Selling Homes Through Technology” during the 2006 Building Industry Show. Clements' panel will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2006 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Joining Dave Clements on the panel are real estate industry professionals that will bring added insight to attendees on how the value of innovative technology not only attracts valued homebuyers, but greatly assists in the speed of home sales. Members of the panel include Paige Nelson, Vice President, Nelson & Gilmore, who will discuss the use of modern technology in marketing; Mike Hixson, Executive Vice President, The Ryness Company, will discuss the benefit of creative technology in selling to home shoppers; Steve Greco, Business Development Manager, Focus 360, will contribute ideas on the use of creative technology in selling homes; and Don Pickler, Owner, Outdoor Dimensions, will discuss modern uses of graphic design to aide technological advances, and much more.

“Panel attendees will learn about the growing importance of technology, especially in changing market conditions and the numerous opportunities which greatly help to sell homes faster,” said Clements. “Even more, those in attendance will hear numbers of real estate companies around the world are using Customer Relationship Management to easily create and manage their homebuyer database.

“Even more, BIS panel attendees will learn how to launch marketing campaigns, manage their inventory and how to administer their purchase agreements and deposits,” said Clements. “They will learn about the latest technology choices available and how people in the industry can turn innovative uses of technology into speedy income.”

This year's BIS will take place November 16 - 17, 2006, at the Anaheim Convention Center. An annual tradeshow and conference, BIS provides developers, homebuilders, contractors and others in the building industry the opportunity to attend a one of a kind show to help secure their business’ future.
