Understanding the industry’s past and future trends helps us better serve our clients. We place high value on being members of leading research organizations such as the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

NAHB is a trade association that promotes the policies that make housing a national priority. NAHB exists to represent the building industry by serving its members and affiliated state and local builders associations. NAHB’s builder members construct about 80% of the new homes built each year in the United States.

The Urban Land Institute is a nonprofit education & research institute that provides leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. ULI facilitates the open exchange of ideas, information and experience among local, national and international industry leaders & policy makers dedicated to creating better places.
